misleading link[edit]

in principle im ok with "Track One" leading to the "Track II diplomacy" article, in cases like this here it can be quite misleading tho. it doesnt link to a section but to the article itself, and a difference like between "I" and "II" is so subtle that it is easily missed while skimming (which should be the standard type of consumption here). confusion may be cleared up immediately, though sometimes only later on the original page. not sure if there ever was a specific discussion about such cases somewhere, or what could be done about it, so just felt like asking here.
