[1] Apparently the AP confirmed as a suicide bombing, but we can tag it for a source. Also so Al Qaeda is the SUSPECTED perpetrator as its been accused (generally what thats used for until claimed)

If we add al-Qaeda as a suspected perpetrator then, to be neutral, we also hav to add the Syrian government.
